REAL PEOPLE SETTING THE AGENDA

On December 4th, more than 2,000 community leaders and organizers will come together in Washington, DC to speak directly to elected leaders about the shared agenda that we all must pursue to ensure that America finally works for everyone.

The forum will build on the success of the 2007 Heartland Presidential Forum - in which 3,600 grassroots activists joined with five presidential candidates before the Iowa primaries to discuss the real issues that affect low-income people across the country - and on more than 80 public meetings held this year.
